At G.Mobile, we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you're not entirely happy with an accessory you bought from us, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged accessories
Screen protectors once applied
Opened packaging of wired/earbud-type headphones (due to hygiene reasons)

Refunds Are Processed If:
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
The wrong item was delivered
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
For cash purchases, refunds will be provided in cash or store credit.
